The 6th Queen Elizabeth's Own Gurkha Rifles were kind enough to make available two skilful and well turned out Pipers who THE sadness of the run down of CAD Bramley is well reflected in the Bramley newsletter, written by Colonel R, V. Peters (Retd), himself something of an institution in the Corps and the ammunition world. The letter contains news of the closure of the Mess and of the deconsecration of St Barbara's Church. It also prompts me to publish on page 311 an article by Major R. G. Emmett about St Barbara's written not so very long ago but, due to shortage of space* never yet published.
