RELAIH SACRE OR the third successive year, at the invitation of the Reserve orces Association, members of 562 Parachute Squadron (V) recently took part in the Relais Sacre — a commemorative service held in Westminster Abbey by the Amicale des Anciens Combaltant Beiges en Crand-Bretagne. Together with the Naval, Military and Air Attaches from the Belgian Embassy, the Squadron C (Headquarters) Troop formed a Guard of Honour at the Tomb of the Unknown Warrior whilst a wreath was laid by the Belgian Ambassador and torches were lit. After the service members of the Amicale—veterans of both World Wars— together with the Squadron and members of the Canadian Division of the Legion of Frontiersmen marched through the streets of West London to the Belgian Embassy where the orches were presented to the Ambassador to be flown to Brussels.
