Early in his career at Dortmund Manfred met and married Frau Weber who also worked as a clerk in the ' Q ' Quartering Office. She retired in June after thirty two years with the Service. Our photograph shows Major Alan Foote the present OC ASU presenting final mementos on behalf of all his predecessors, ably assisted by Frau Weber. May we wish Frau and Herr Weber many happy years of well deserved retirement after a joint total of sixty five years dedicated service to Accommodation Services RAOC BAOR and its predecessors. DROPHBAD WHILE CONVERSIONS YOU WAIT Julien is attested by Major Johnson in Germany. Roberts an Austrian national who is employed as a telephonist in Munster, was born in Southampton but only lived in England for a few months before his father was posted to Cyprus and eventually to BAOR. After a lot of persuasion by his cousin, WOl Keith Williams now in Blackdown but formerly the Depot Superintendent of 87 Supply Depot, his successor W02 George Arthur, Staff Sergeant Brian Scott the Master Butcher, Corporal Ian McGill and several other members of the Unit, he saw the light of day and decided that the British Army had more to offer A novel way of gaining entry into a locked car! It will be'followed by activities extending into Sunday 29th March. Limited overnight accommodation will be avail- able to those members who travel from a distance. RECRUIT JULIEN ROBERTS finally decided between joining the Bun- deswehr, as a military policeman, or the British Army. He was attested into the Corps recently by Major Robin Johnson, Officer Commanding 87 Supply Depot. Julien, who is the only son of Mr Bunny Roberts currently, employed by 87 Supply Depot as a Storekeeper and Mrs Elfi 6.00 pm 7.30 pm Sunday 29th March Breakfast 8.30 am Items of Corps Interest 9.30 am—10.30 am Church service and parade 11.00 am Lunch 12.30 pm The Dress for dinner will be lounge suit. Dinner tickets will cost £3.50, tickets for break- fast 50p, and lunch £1.00. They may be obtained from Branch Secretaries or direct from Major J. E. Fox, Headquarters Company, CAD Kineton, Temple Herdewyke, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. Tele- phone Kineton Military extension 492 or Kineton 640331. All cheques/postal orders should be made payable to Central Bank Account, CAD Kineton.
