CORPS
OF
The presentation was made in the Garimenders Rest in
Malaya Lines, Sek Kong and CREME was also very pleased
to be able to tell Corporal Ritchie of his promotion to Sergeant,
which accounts for Corporal Ritchie's somewhat shocked ex-
pression.
DRUMS
BICESTER GARRISON recently held an RAOC display night
which was opened by the Apprentices College Corps of Drums.
Our picture shows them on stage directed by Sergeant Colin
Taylor.

The Apprentice College Corps of Drums on stage.
The current Corps of Drums is recruited solely from
Balaclava Platoon the members of which have been at the
College since June. During this term they have also opened
a charity fete, Beat Retreat at Donnington and entertained the
elderly and infirm at Brookwood hospital. These engagements
have been so successful that more engagements are already
