INTRODUCTION
an
1.st Divide the players into two teams and space them out as per the diagram ed below . One player of each team stands on the mat .
2. The aim of the game is to score points by changing the player on the mat as often as possible , i.e. a member of one team passes the ball to the player on his / her mat , the player on the mat ( having scored one point ) passes the ball out to a player of his / her own side . Having done this , he / she runs off the mat and the player who passed him / her the ball , runs on to the mat .
3. The opposing team endeavours to intercept the ball and get it down to their mat , and they score points in the same manner .
