Wading waist high in mud and scaling 12ft walls with out a ladder were just some of the obstacles served up by the army .
Miss Amanda MacBrayne , regional organiser for LEPRA , was delighted with the outcome .
She said : " We've raised
£ 4,500 from sponsorship pledges , which is an excel lent effort .
" It was quite wonderful that so many people went through such a harrowing afternoon for us . "
Other winners in the action - packed event were the Mozibands , an all - female team from Daventry , and the Aylesbury Midland Bank contestants , who came tops in the mixed category . ● Picture :
